Custom Workshops and very small group trips are what I primarily offer and specialze in. See below for ideas and areas that I have experience with. Scheduled small group trips will be listed also. For one person or a group we can put together a trip that fits your schedule. A sunset or sunrise in Sedona or a week anywhere in the Southwest. Work on composition and technique along with editing on a laptop, it's your trip get what you need.
Navajo Lands, Slot Canyons, Mesa's, Canyon Lands and Arches, 2100 ea. sngl. occ. Hunts Mesa (camping) all other nights hotels. May 3rd -7th 2013 Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley, Hunts Mesa, Canyonlands, Arches. A great trip photographing some amazing areas of Northern AZ. and Southern Ut. Death Valley California Photography Workshop. Excellent from late November to early April. e-mail me for info about available lodging in Death Valley and Lone Pine Ca. Zabriske, Golden Canyon, Racetrack, Mosaic Canyon, Dunes, Badwater and the Alabama Foothills. All levels
Sedona, Nice springtimes, stormy exciting summer monsoons and amazing fall color anytime is a good time. We'll visit several locations on these trips and will have plenty of time for technical instruction along with discussing and improving composition. We will start at sunrise and finish after sunset. Feel free to call for more details.
Sedona, Slot Canyons, Page AZ, April 5th and 6th 2013 Excellent from March to May and from Sept to Nov. Different lighting in winter and less crowds. We'll meet here in Sedona for a sunset shoot on the 4th, then the next day we're off to Page for upper and lower Antelope Canyons, Alstrom Pt. and the Horseshoe overlook, There is flexibility for another location on the way back to Sedona.
California Coast, Big Sur to Carmel, great all year, Stormy seas in the winter , mist rolling up the hills in the summer. Mcway Falls, Pfieffer Beach, Point Lobos, Garrapata and more. Last morning in the Monterey Aquarium
Havasupai Falls, great from March to May and from Sept through Novemeber. Havasupai Falls, Camping trip. Helicopter and or Horseback. We can meet at the hilltop or leave from Sedona. Bring your own gear or I may have some to loan, call me to see what I have if you need something or about any other info for this trip.
Lake Tahoe, From mid June to late Sept. From Emerald Bay and Eagle falls to the granite boulders of the east shores, we'll expolre it all
Eastern Sierras, great for late Sept. and early Oct for fall colors. Alabama Foothills, North Lake, Bishop Creek, Lundy Canyon, Mono Lake and more.
